Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GUTS-inspired gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exclusive tour merchandise and limited edition vinyl are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
